We offer full-service customisation, supporting both OEM, where we manufacture to your existing specification, and ODM, where we design and develop the product for you.

• Design and pattern: we develop original patterns, styles and functional details, or follow your tech pack precisely.
• Logo and branding: embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, woven labels, and reflective printing for safety and visibility.
• Colour matching: Pantone matching on fabrics, zippers, trims and threads so your brand stays consistent.
• Size grading: standard international charts for US, EU, UK and Asia, or your own custom range including tall, plus and children's sizing.
• Packaging: custom polybags, hang tags, cartons and shipping marks carrying your branding, plus eco-friendly options.
• Fabric and function: waterproof and breathable laminates, windproof shells, flame retardancy, anti-static and antibacterial finishes, high-visibility elements.
• Extra features: reflective piping, RFID pockets, zipper pulls, detachable hoods and internal organisation pockets, depending on product type.

Because we control fabric sourcing, pattern making and production in-house, changes are costed and validated quickly. Send your requirement list and we will confirm what is feasible, what it costs and how long it takes.

Bulk production generally takes 4-8 weeks after the final sample is approved and materials are ready. The exact time depends on order quantity, fabric availability and season, with peak season running slightly longer.

How we keep delivery on time:

• Material readiness: we maintain safety stock of core fabrics and trims so common orders can start immediately, and we place early purchase orders for special or imported materials.
• Production planning: every order gets a clear schedule with daily output targets, and progress is tracked and reported with photos at key milestones.
• Buffer planning: we build a small buffer into the schedule to absorb unexpected issues and communicate proactively if any adjustment is needed.
• Capacity booking: peak-season slots are reserved early for regular clients so your order is not queued behind new enquiries.
• Shipping support: we work with reliable logistics partners and can advise on the most cost-effective method, whether sea, air or express, to match your deadline.

Tell us your in-market date at the enquiry stage and we will confirm a production schedule that works backwards from it.

For repeat clients we also hold approved patterns, colour standards and material references on file, which shortens the next order because development and sampling can be skipped. That makes second and third orders noticeably faster than the first, and it is the simplest way to keep a season-to-season delivery rhythm.

Yes. Our fabrics and garments can be produced to meet the relevant international standards for your target market, and commonly required certifications can be arranged on request.

Please tell us your target market and the certification required, and we will confirm feasibility, cost and lead time before you place the order. Testing is normally arranged with accredited third-party laboratories, and reports are supplied with the shipment so your customs clearance and tender documentation are complete.

It also helps to know which certifications are company-level and which are product-level. Certificates such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BSCI and GRS describe how we operate as a business; they do not certify an individual garment. Product-level compliance is issued per material and per test. When you ask for compliance paperwork we will tell you clearly which document you are receiving and what it covers.
